Customer satisfaction is one of my priorities and I’m dedicated to providing you with quality products and services. Definitions

“KittySoaps” refers to KittySoaps of 25D Exchange Street, Dundee, Scotland DD13DJ United Kingdom.
“Website” refers to the website located at www.kittysoaps.co.uk.
“Products and services” refers to the products and services displayed on this website and associated marketing documentation.
“You” refers to the buyer / customer placing a transaction through this website or in person.

Customer Service

It is my aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, your statutory rights are not affected. You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding return postage costs) within 14 days from delivery. Please inform me within 7 working days after the day on which you received the product if you intend to return any goods. You can do this by emailing me at: admin@kittysoaps.co.uk or by calling +44 (0)1382 527204 10am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday.

Returned goods should be sent to KittySoaps, 25D Exchange Street, Dundee, Scotland DD13DJ. It is strongly recommended that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Please note returned goods that are reasonably believed to have been opened or used cannot be accepted as returned goods. Any responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods will not be accepted until they are received by KittySoaps. Once the goods have been received in their original conditions, any payments will be refunded to you within 30 working days of receipt.

Prices

Prices stated in this website are in UK pounds sterling (£), and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packaging. The right is reserved to revise prices without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in VAT rate.

The purchase of an order constitutes an acceptance of these terms.

Payment

Online payment is handled by PayPal secure payment facility. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Switch or PayPal balance (if you have an account set up).

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before dispatch of goods to you. If the issuer of your payment card (and bank where applicable) refuses to pay / authorise payment, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. This website does not hold any of your card / bank account details and is thus not liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from KittySoaps.

Availability of Products

All product descriptions and their characteristics are to the best of my knowledge accurate but are for the purpose of general identification only. I will not be in any way responsible for individual ingredients (as used in the products) supplied to me. However, I ensure that all products are made to exacting quality standards using the finest 100% natural / organic ingredients sourced fairly and ethically from suppliers that claim to be reputable. I endeavour to only display products on this website that can be produced when raw and base ingredients are in stock. The ingredients are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after an order has been placed. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative or refund.

I take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at any given time. I am continually working to improve KittySoaps products, however, slight variations in colour, texture or product picture may occur due to the fact the products are hand-crafted using natural ingredients. I include as much information as deemed necessary to help you make an informed choice.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is at a cost and is based economically on the weight of your order. KittySoaps does not include a separate handling charge. There are 3 shipping zones: Mainland United Kingdom, Channel and UK Islands and Rest of the EU (including the Republic of Ireland). Shipping charges are automatically added to the total value of the goods when ordered and can be seen in the basket and checkout areas of the website when purchasing goods.

Goods are sent by UK and International standard parcel service and are sent by recorded delivery whenever possible. Rates are defined below. For locations not shown as well as orders that exceed the order weights shown, please email me at: admin@kittysoaps.co.uk for the shipping cost before purchasing goods.

I aim to deliver goods within 7 working days from the date of your order, however as products are made fresh to order and in some cases, in small batches, delivery can take up to 14 working days. If this situation arises I will attempt to contact you where possible to advise you of the situation and, if applicable, provide you with an approximate delivery date.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit, please email me at: admin@kittysoaps.co.uk or call +44 (0)1382 527204 10am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday after 14 working days from the date of your order. If your order has arrived damaged please contact me as above within 48 hours of receipt.

If your item is not in stock, I will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

I respect and value my customers’ privacy and am committed to protecting it. KittySoaps does not disclose buyers’ information to any third party whatsoever. Information provided by you is used for transaction purposes only; to process your order.

This website uses a PayPal secure e-payment facility, which ensures all sensitive information, is protected in accordance with the banking code and policies. You can safely make a payment without revealing your financial information to anyone, including the sellers.

KittySoaps only stores your name, email and address for the purpose of repeat purchasing and to inform you of –

Under the terms of the UK Data Protection Act, KittySoaps maintains strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of all customer and visitor information. Safety Guidelines

The following safety guidelines should be observed before using KittySoaps products, especially those that include essential oils.

KittySoaps products are made with naturally and organically derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. If you are certain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use.

Essential oils are for external use only and should always be diluted before use. Avoid contact with the eyes, ears and mouth. Keep essential oils out of reach of children, pets and anyone with special needs. If you are pregnant, suffer with epilepsy, have high or low blood pressure or any other medical conditions or allergies, consult your doctor before use.

It is strongly recommended to store KittySoaps products, which contain essential oils, away from direct sunlight, naked flames and sources of ignition. KittySoaps products should also be used within their defined best before date (but best used within 6 months of opening, using a clean applicator/ finger per application) and to their recommended dosage/ usage levels, where applicable.
